PLENARY
The plenary is the OAT’s main directive organ. It channels the co-responsibility between the social, political and technical spheres in water supply. Is the space where the local entities and people contribute to develop the new water culture through the driving principles, goals, activities and tasks of the OAT.
The Plenary is formed by: the Presidency, the Vice Presidency, the Secretariat, the Coordination and representatives from entities, groups, economic agents, professionals, academic institutions and the general public.
